A step by step guide to making your own London Fog!

London Fog with Lavender

Ingredients

· 1 Earl Grey tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf Earl Grey)

· ¼ tsp dried lavender buds (steeped with the tea)

· ½–¾ cup hot water (~200°F / 93°C)

· ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

· 1–2 tsp vanilla syrup

· A pinch of lavender buds (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Steep Earl Grey + ¼ tsp lavender in hot water for 4–5 minutes. Strain.

2. Stir vanilla syrup into the hot tea.

3. Warm and froth the milk until hot and creamy, with just a thin layer of foam.

4. Pour the milk into the sweetened tea, then spoon foam on top.

5. Lightly sprinkle lavender buds over the foam for aroma and garnish.
